Hi!
I’m Russian. It is more interested your distribution. I also liked #! but I switched to ArchLinux. I want to help in the development ArchBang. I’m not a big expert in programming and I can not help in creating a new kernel) but will be glad to help with something else. Can help with translation files for Russian language. And another. I await your reply at le_legioner at mail dot ru
Hello, sHyLoCk. I’ve seen you around the Arch and Slackware communities, and I have to ask, which distribution is your favorite of these two? I’m caught between them and I only have the resources to be using one at the moment, so I need to decide. I’m using Arch right now and I love how much software is available and how current it is, but if the breakages are anything like they were when I left to find a more stable distro, I’m not sure if I want to stay. Slackware was pretty much perfect at its core, but the software is a little behind, and there simply is not enough software, so I have to build a lot from source. I know just about every slacker has to do this, but honestly I prefer having a centralized repository with an automated package manager. It’s just more convenient in my opinion.
So which one do you owe your loyalty to? Arch or Slackware?
I know this is a bit old but here it goes…

I’m using Arch since February-something/2010 and except from one or two issues -and you likely find them on any other distro no matter how “stable” it market itself- I found Arch an incredible stable distro 😉
